The Rasika team does a neighbourhood rotisserie

The people behind Rasika opened Rosedale on Connecticut Avenue in Forest Hills, an unshowy part of town where a restaurant like this gets treated as local infrastructure.

A large rotisserie grill does most of the work: chicken specials, a rotating fish of the day. Around it sit grilled squid in ginger wine sauce and butternut ravioli with black trumpet mushrooms.
