As someone from the US, we like every hotel nice and roomy. But HK doesnt exactly offer that space. With that said, I booked a room here with 2 full sized beds for my mom and a teenager. It was decent space considering it was 3 ppl with 3 big luggages and 2 small luggages!! Service: excellent. really pleasant staff and they were helpful with whatever i needed. Location: it's TST with K11 mall < 5 min walk (tons of food options), 7/11 half a block down, MTR subway downstairs, and ubers and taxis come no problem. Also, easy walk under tunnel and thru K11 Musea to Victoria Harbor. The rooms offer a nice view of the harbor - we even saw a drone show from our room. Amenities: I used the gym 2-3x...great machines and clean space. Open 24/7. There's also a rooftop pool and steam room, i never go to use those. Value: worth it.

An absolute masterpiece! Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui completely exceeded expectations. The property is brand new, spotless, and blends modern luxury with vintage Hong Kong charm. The Premium Central Harbour View Room was breathtaking..the bathtub and massive windows overlooking Victoria Harbour are pure perfection. It’s a true 5-star lifestyle hotel with top-notch amenities.. Flawless stay, can't wait to return!😍

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kimpton and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The Front Office Manager, Natalie did an outstanding job resolving a booking issue with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. What could have been a stressful situation was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. The Duty Manager, Cally was equally impressive—highly responsive and attentive! The receptionist, William Shao also provided a welcoming first impression. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the complimentary Social Hour at Hillside restaurant. The carefully selected wines, combined with the breathtaking harbour view, created a wonderful atmosphere to unwind and enjoy the evening. It was a fantastic experience and a memorable feature. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff members particularly Winnie and Louis. Every interaction was accompanied by friendly smiles and a genuine desire to ensure guests felt valued! Their warmth, friendliness, and attentive service exemplified genuine hospitality. They consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and their positive attitude left a lasting impression on us. The special occasion amenities arranged by the hotel were thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Our room, complete with a private plunge bath, provided a luxurious retreat, while the rooftop infinity pool offered stunning views. The accompanying wellness facilities—including the spacious gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi—were absolutely top-notch and among the finest we have experienced. Overall, this was an outstanding hotel experience marked by excellent service, attentive staff, and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we are already looking forward to returning on our next visit. Location The hotel is centrally located in Hong Kong, right near East Tsim Sha Tsui Station and just about a 5-minute walk to the Tsuen Wan Line, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. It’s also within walking distance of the Avenue of Stars, K11 Musea, the Hong Kong Museums, and the Hong Kong Cultural Centre — perfect for sightseeing without needing to rely on taxis. As a nice bonus, there are coin-operated self-service laundry machines located just behind the hotel on Minden Avenue, which came in handy during our stay. Room We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a higher floor, which came with a plunge bath offering absolutely stunning views of Victoria Harbour — a real highlight of the stay. The room itself was thoughtfully equipped: the smart shower let us select our preferred water temperature, and we loved the branded touches like the Dyson hairdryer and Lululemon yoga mat. They also provide stainless steel water bottles, which you can refill at the water dispenser station on your floor — a nice sustainable touch. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless with daily cleaning. Pool & Gym We didn’t get the chance to go for a swim, but the pool water looked warm and inviting, and the views from up there were just as impressive as the rest of the hotel. There appeared to be poolside service as well, with multiple attendants on hand. The gym was equally impressive, offering great nighttime views, cool towels, and access to both a sauna and steam room. Lobby & Common Areas The lobby was beautifully designed with several great photo-op spots, including the bar area and the main waiting area — very Instagram-worthy. Overall This was a fantastic stay overall. Between the unbeatable location, thoughtful in-room amenities, and well-maintained facilities, Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Staying here was such a breeze, mainly because the location is unbeatable—having the MTR station basically right downstairs made getting around so easy. The highlight, though, was definitely the room. Waking up to that sea view every day really helped me recharge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kind you just sink into and never want to leave. What topped it all off was the service; the staff were so professional yet warm and welcoming, making the whole stay feel effortless and personal. It’s that rare combination of convenience and genuine comfort that really made my trip.
