The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection

★ 4.3 · 3,588 reviews Hong Kong Opened 2025

Fifty years on Gloucester Road, now flying Marriott's Autograph flag

Ask for a park-facing room. The view runs straight over Victoria Park's green rectangle to the harbour beyond, one of the few open sightlines left in Causeway Bay's traffic-choked core.

The Park Lane has sat at 310 Gloucester Road since 1974, and locals still call it by the same name now that it's joined Marriott's Autograph Collection. The renovation touched every one of its 820 rooms. Ride up to SKYE on the 27th floor for the rooftop bar and one of the district's only open-air views.

Good to know

  • Rooms facing Victoria Park get open green views and, across the harbour, Kowloon; that side is worth the supplement in a district this dense.
  • The rooftop bar SKYE on the 27th floor is the reliable way to see Causeway Bay from above.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to align with its new brand name. I stayed in one of the renovated rooms, and the interior was much more modern and comfortable than before. On the downside, the bathwater was a bit cold in the evening, and my room had no real view as it faced a commercial building right across. I recommend booking a park-view room instead. As for breakfast, there was a wide variety of western and Chinese dishes, and everything tasted great.

Outstanding hotel with an excellent location in Causeway Bay. It's just steps away from Victoria Park, major shopping areas, restaurants, and the MTR, making it a perfect base for exploring Hong Kong. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of either the city skyline or Victoria Park. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay, making me feel genuinely welcome. I also enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the hotel's well maintained facilities. Overall, the combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made this a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend The Park Lane Hong Kong to anyone visiting the city, and I'd be happy to stay here again on my next trip.

My wife and I recently stayed at The Park Lane Hong Kong from 17 to 20 July for a short getaway, and it was an exceptional experience from the time we check-in till the time we check-out. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kitty and Sarah at check-in. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and set the tone for a wonderful stay. Compliments also goes out to the amazing team at the Executive Lounge—June, Samson, Julia, Sandy, Grace, Raymond, Neo, Michelle, Julius, Purple, Wincy, Joey, William, Jack, and Keung. Every one of them consistently delivered attentive, friendly, and personalized service. They always greeted us with warm smiles, took the time to ensure we were well looked after, and made every lounge visit a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience. Their dedication to excellent hospitality is a true credit to the hotel. We would also like to express our appreciation to the many other staff members across the various departments of the hotel. Whether it was housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage, or anyone we met during our stay, everyone was courteous, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the location is perfect for exploring Hong Kong while still offering a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Apparently the only minor let down was the view from the room. The whole experience would have been perfect if not for the view. Nonetheless thank you to the entire team at The Park Lane Hong Kong for making our short getaway so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality and a truly five-star experience.

We stayed here for 2 times and loved it each time. The location is so perfect. Across the street is Victoria Park which we loved it so much. My son played soccer there a few times and we did a walk to relax. The shops and restaurants around us are amazing. The rooms are a little bit dated need upgrade but it's very clean which is more important to us. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is dated and the rooms are worn, but the staff, food, and lounge make up for that. As a Bonvoy Titanium Elite, they upgraded us to a room on the highest possible floor with a great view. The lounge was phenomenal, certainly no skimping at this one as other Marriott properties are currently downgrading to save money. The food was just fine and the drinks were free-flow. It may be the best Marriott Executive Lounge for us yet. We tried breakfast at both locations, the lounge and at the property restaurant Playt. Both were fantastic. Location is excellent, walking distance to Wan Chai Ferry Pier to access Kowloon or Causeway Bay MTR station for other Hong Kong Island locations. When traffic is good, you’re just minutes from nearly any hot island attraction. Oh…the staff were also thoughtful enough to send a birthday cake up for me! Top shelf service!!
