A French tasting menu, one floor above the market stalls

The name means a rough sketch, a nod to how the menu is said to shift with the seasons instead of staying fixed. You reach the dining room through its own lift entrance, well apart from the stalls below.

Jardine's Bazaar has run as an open-air market for decades, cheap clothing and produce lined along a pedestrian lane in Causeway Bay. A tasting menu restaurant opening directly above it is a bet that the district's shoppers skew wealthier than the stalls suggest.
