Bajamar is built entirely around fish and seafood, nothing else on the menu. Chef Celia Diez keeps the decor understated and lets the food do the talking.

Two dishes bring people back: the Arroz Finisterre with carabinero prawns, and a squid-and-octopus ink rice. It stands out for going all-in on one category rather than a general menu.
