Dashi and fermentation meet classical French technique

Fukagawa took over the Fichtestraße address long held by neighbourhood institution Tante Fichte, and chefs Leonardo Donati and Felix Thoms built something different inside it: a compact tasting menu that pairs dashi and fermentation with classical French technique.

The format stays tight on purpose, few seats, few courses, open Tuesday through Saturday. The old space's history is still spoken of by regulars who remember it.
