Nordic ferments and cold smoke off Sukhumvit 26

There's basically no other place in Bangkok doing Scandinavian food this seriously. Smør runs on fermentation, cold smoking and obsessive temperature control, the kind of cooking that has no local reference point here, so it just has to stand on its own.

Dinner only, and the menu is set, no ordering around. Come hungry for pickled, smoked and cured things done properly rather than as garnish.
