Brü sits just off Pack Square and refuses to pick a lane. Morning brings coffee and a proper breakfast menu, and by night the same kitchen turns out full dinners and cocktails, all sourced to the same farm-to-table standard the whole day runs on.

That range is the actual draw. Few downtown spots let you start with a flat white, come back for lunch, and end up staying for dinner without ever feeling like you switched restaurants.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at BRU ! First off, massive props to the absolute superstar working during our visit, she was the hostess, bartender, barista, and waitress all in one, and she handled everything flawlessly with exceptional service. The food was fantastic. You can really tell they use clean, high-quality ingredients, and the portions are incredibly generous. I had the grilled chicken sandwich (perfectly cooked and amazing), and my mom got the salmon bowl and absolutely devoured it. To top it off, the drinks were spot on. My Brut was delicious, and my mom thoroughly enjoyed her beer. We'll absolutely be back!

I had a late breakfast and chose the French toast, which was served with orange whipped ricotta, berries, and maple syrup. I also ordered a side of over-easy eggs and an Americano. The temperature outside was 84 degrees today, and the large front window was open, but a pleasant breeze kept the restaurant cool. I have visited this establishment multiple times and intend to continue dining there; I highly recommend it.

On a rainy morning in Asheville, as today, it was a gem to get in and have a heavenly good breakfast! l loved their coffee and amazing presentation of my BLT sandwich with an egg on top and crunchy toast on bottom! My sandwich was so delicious! Our waiter Star was nice and friendly, taking good care of us. We certainly will recommend this place to eat as a one of highlights of Asheville and will be back again !

Came in for a new iced latte, and the options were incredible. Service was top notch, everybody here has amazing attitude and personality’s so it’s so very enjoyable! The vibe here is immaculate. All of the plants are so welcoming and the SMELLS omg! makes me drool 😂, Love the owners, definitely know how to keep an entertaining conversation. Would recommend!❤️❤️❤️

This is an absolute gem 💎 and I am so happy I found it on our late Monday lunch ! I’ve been to many places and I really love seeing places with soul like this. Atmosphere is super chill lounge and music is perfect addition to the atmosphere Service is just perfect 👌🏼 bartender is a crush ⭐️ Super cool energy. Food: • avocado Benedict with smoked fish - absolutely delicious ❤️‍🔥 • burger is great 🍔 • Lavender coffee ☕️ s something I never tried before • if ish coffee hit the spot Definitely must visit place!
