A Japanese bistro on York, braided with French and Italian habits

Chef-owner Terry Park opened INE on York Boulevard in January 2026. It calls itself a Japanese bistro and means it literally. The technique is Japanese, the format is European, and the seafood comes from local boats and from Japan.

Lunch runs casual, with the hand rolls the kitchen is best known for. Dinner turns bistro: composed plates with French and Italian turns worked into a Japanese base. Park's own background is Korean, which shows up more in the seasoning than in the menu descriptions.
