Westwood Boulevard has been LA's Persian corridor for decades, so a Turkish restaurant reads as a real gap rather than more of the same. Pera LA opened there in July 2026 with a menu that's Turkish end to end.

The list runs long: döner wraps, boat-shaped pide baked to order, and a grill section that covers everything from kofte to lamb chops. It's a sit-down room rather than a takeaway counter, unusual for this stretch of the block.
