Elegant American cooking in a room like a bank vault

Bridges cooks with the precision you'd expect from an Estela alum, but nothing here is polite about it. Gray walls, tan floors, black booths: the room has been compared to the inside of a bank vault, and the crowd mostly dresses to match.

Order the comté tart with chanterelles, sea urchin custard with shrimp, sardines with anchovies and peppers, or the roast duck finished with XO. Twelve stools and two booths by the entrance stay open for walk-ins, generous for a room this polished.
