Heat opened on the Marina Tower platform in January 2025, built around live-fire cooking: a lava-stone grill paired with a Beefer that finishes steaks under 800°C top heat. The kitchen leans on high-grade steaks and fresh fish, with a handful of Asian fusion dishes worked into the menu alongside them, and a breakfast service on weekends.

The room sits on the tower's elevated platform above the Danube, giving the grill a water view rarely paired with this kind of fire-focused cooking in Vienna. Heat is open Tuesday to Thursday from 5 to 10pm, and Friday through Sunday from 9am.
