Joyn

Seafood cooked light, plated course by course, on Landmark's third floor
Skip the deep-fried, heavily sauced route most Cantonese seafood spots take. Joyn steams and lightly sauces its catch, plating each dish as its own course instead of the big shared platters the genre usually runs on. A tank sits near the entrance.
The Chinese name nods to old wine-cellar imagery, a hint at the pairing program built around aged Chinese liquor alongside a standard wine list. It's one of several Chinese restaurants Landmark added through 2026 to balance its Western fine-dining lineup.

Food and price are acceptable. The place is packed during lunch time. 15% discount on lunch. 84HK$ for a seafood noodle is not a bad deal.

Modernised dim sum. Great if you like creative fusion style Chinese food. Personally, not my thing. I felt it was a little shenanigan-y. Nonetheless, their 辣子鸡丁 was actually very good. Very fragrant and 够辣(by Southeast Asian standards). Recommended. Service was attentive. We got the 98hkd per person tea which I was not fond of. So skip that and go for the regular heung pin instead. Cheaper and nicer imo. I like the weekend vibes. Casual and cosy. Good for regular lazy weekends. I think it would be very busy on weekdays so can’t comment.

New (for couple of months) Chinese Restaurant in Landmark, Central - Picked the finely selected ones, Satisfaction or Surprise is the word you'd be choosing to describe them.

Great spot! The staff were super friendly and polite. The dim sum not only looks pretty, it tastes amazing and the Siu mai’s quail egg was a delicious surprise. Even the black swan mushroom puff’s “head” was an edible biscuit. But the king crab with radish cake was definitely the highlight. Everything tasted great and I’d come back for sure.
