Hong Kong chicken pot, claypot and all

Hong Kong's chicken pot barely existed in Taipei until Liang Xiang Hao showed up near Zhongxiao Fuxing. Chicken braises in a claypot with sauce that thickens as you eat, then the whole thing turns into a hotpot once the good bits are gone.

Get the mud-crab chicken pot if it's still on for the day. Come hungry and with people. This fills a table, not a solo bowl.
