Wood-fire Argentine grill on Thonglor 5

Thonglor has no shortage of steakhouses, but Quilombo is the one actually cooking over wood embers instead of racing a plancha. It's the parrilla method: cuts done slow, smoky and unhurried, with chimichurri and simple salads doing the rest of the work.

Steakhouses on this soi come and go fast. A proper Argentine wood fire among them is rare, and worth the detour.
