Forget gas burners. At Silo, live coals and open flame cook nearly everything on the table, from the meat down to the vegetables. It's a one-idea kitchen, and it commits.

Silom isn't where Bangkok usually puts a grill house like this. Fire-driven kitchens tend to cluster in Thonglor and Charoen Krung, so finding one in the middle of the office district, inside the Trinity Complex on Soi Silom 5, is reason enough to detour.
